Must be able to manage multiple customers and work with the Sales Team. Must be able to call, email, text, and greet customers with a smile and be able to set appointments to come to the dealership. We are a family-oriented business looking for a team player.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with our CRM system to receive and handle leads.
• Ensure high quality, consistent, and professional communication with customers and prospects using the CRM, call, text, and email functions.
• Provide desired information to customers in a timely and courteous manner
• Set appointments for the customers to come to the dealership

Requirements

• Bilingual
• Attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience making phone calls in a commercial volume
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• The ability to work as a team with all members of the dealership to generate activity and ensure all leads and customers are handled in the best way possible
• The ability to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks

Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday - Saturday - 40 hours per week
