Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in HR management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Talent Acquisition - Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Performance Management - Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and manage employee performance effectively. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies.
- Compensation - Administer employee compensation, including salary structures and incentives. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- HR Administration—Oversee HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing HR databases. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR information.
- Compliance - Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks .
- Other duties as assigned.
Location and hours Ocoee, FL / M-F 9am to 5pm.
