Greater Vision Healthcare Services is Hiring a HR Manager Near Ocoee, FL

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. You will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Your primary focus will be on talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, compensation, and employment laws and regulations compliance.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition - Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Performance Management - Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and manage employee performance effectively. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies.
  • Compensation - Administer employee compensation, including salary structures and incentives. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • HR Administration—Oversee HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing HR databases. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR information.
  • Compliance - Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks .

  • Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment This job operates in a professional environment. It routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate professionally in person, over the telephone, through email and other electronic means, and move about the office. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 20 pounds.
Location and hours Ocoee, FL / M-F 9am to 5pm.
