Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Schedule mediations, maintain calendars, set up Zoom meetings when necessary
· Process invoices through Quickbooks and/or Square
· Prepares correspondence with attorneys and clients
· Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
· Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls
· Coordinate mediation participants and attorneys upon arrival and attend to any needs during the process
· Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, manage outgoing mail
· Meeting and Event planning
· Manage office space and upkeep, ensuring the office space remains clean and organized
· Work with building property managers on any necessary issues
Must have Microsoft Office Experience

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
