Need a self-motivated and reliable Part-Time LEASING AGENT to work approx. 20 hours including weekends . Need to be professional, energetic and have marketing skills to help make our community successful and will provide great customer service.
Key Role Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones
- Greet prospective residents and provide tours of property
- Accept applications and secure leases from qualified applicants
- Maintain guest cards and complete follow-ups
- Assist in Move-ins and Move-outs
- Participate in resident retention programs
- Assist in collecting rent
- Take maintenance service requests
Primary Requirements Include:
- Must be customer service oriented
- Prior leasing and sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Most weekends required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
