Case Manager needed for a busy personal injury law firm located close to Downtown, Orlando area. Must have a minimum of 3 years of prior Case Manager experience at Personal Injury Firm, must be able to handle multiple phone lines while dealing your own case load. Must be able to multitask, stay calm under pressure and represent yourself in a professional and caring manner at all times. Ideal candidate should have strong communication skills. Bilingual in Creole, Russian, or Spanish is a PLUS!

Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM. (with one hour lunch break). There is a 90 day probationary period.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Capable of managing 120 cases
• Contacting & communicating with clients
• Answering phones, taking messages, contacting insurance companies
• Proofing and revising documents
• Responding to e-mails, e-faxing, scanning mail/medical records in each file
• Capable of meeting deadlines
• Drafting and sending demands
• Keeping cases up to date and notating each file with any/all updates
• Scheduling appointments assisting attorney's

• Confirming appointments with clients 1 day prior
