IndeQuest, a leading provider of nurse case management services, is seeking a part-time nurse case manager (with the potential to grow to full time over time) in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Attend and coordinate doctor appointments as needed
• Coordinate DME, home health care, and therapies as needed
• Coordinate LTC benefits as needed
• Update medical status with client's family as appropriate
• Medication management
• Medical file review
• Health coaching and education
• Provide ALF placement services as needed

Qualifications:

• RN License is required
• College Degree is Nursing; BSN preferred
• Prior case management experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
