Catholic Mutual Group is Hiring a Benefits Specialist Near Omaha, NE

We have an opportunity available for an experienced Benefits Specialist / Account Manager / Strategic Account Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing and servicing the employee benefits for Arch/Diocesan accounts, coordinating all areas of coverage, providing prompt, accurate and courteous services to insureds, prospects, clients and insurance companies. The ideal candidate would also complete spreadsheet comparisons, RFPs and presentation booklets for new and renewal accounts, and provide quotes and sales materials on all benefit products and assists in presentations, update/stewardship meetings and workshops.
The position requires a college degree or equivalent work experience and preferably five years’ experience in group self-funded health plans, life, and other ancillary coverages. Online enrollment analysis and implementation experience preferred. A Life and Health Agent’s license is required. Attainment of, or working toward, a professional designation such as CEBS, RHU or CLU is desired. This individual is also expected to keep current on market conditions and changes in the industry including any legislation.
