Job Description
Our Office / Service Desk helps to make Tops a one-stop shopping convenience by providing our customers with services such as answering incoming calls and providing customers information, check cashing, lottery ticket sales, Western Union transactions, utility payments, money orders, and refunds.
What You'll Do :
Provide friendly and attentive customer service as you oversee the day to day operations of the department and supervise the department team.
and selection, training, development and scheduling of Office / Service Desk associates.
Job Requirements
Ideally, you'll have previous related service desk experience. You'll need to be friendly and courteous in order to provide excellent customer service, as well as the ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions.
Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills and the ability to learn how to operate a cash register, scanner, telephone system, money order machine, lottery machine, Western Union system, and bottle machines, as well as the ability to handle money and other forms of payment are also important.
Department Managers will need to be available nights, weekends, and holidays, and service desk associates must be at least 18 years of age.
