We are a small law firm located in North Kingstown, RI. We are looking for an administrative assistant/paralegal.
We are looking for an administrative assistant/paralegal for a small law firm. Our office is very busy and organizational skills are key. Tasks will include communicating with clients, managing phones, organizing files, paying bills, managing attorneys' calendars, drafting communications, and other tasks as needed. Prior experience in a law office preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
