Woods Rogers Vandeventer Black PLC is Hiring an Accounting Clerk Near Norfolk, VA
This position will support administrative accounting functions in the Norfolk office.
This position is 40 hours a week.
Monday – Friday – 8:30am – 5pm
In office (Norfolk), without any remote work.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Database entries of cash receipts
- Accounts Payables
- Month-end/year-end reporting
- Client Trust transactions
- Ad hoc projects
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Computer proficiency
- Knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Experience:
- Two years Accounting experience
- Associate Degree preferred
- Law Firm experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
