The Children's Clinic is actively seeking a Patient Access Specialist to join our pediatric primary care clinic in Newberg, Oregon.

You will: Work in partnership with the clinical and administrative teams to successfully provide exceptional care to the pediatric population we serve. Your daily responsibilities include assisting in coordinating activities of the front office-end operations department, including scheduling, registration, new patient coordination, and medical records.

What you'll need: Established prior experience in a customer service-based role with a genuine interest in interacting with the public. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining accommodating and courteous always.
