Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
FLSA Classification: Non-exempt
Reporting Relationship: Compliance Manager

RESPONSABILITIES
· Assists in day-to-day operation of Human Resources by administering various HR related functions for all company employees.
· Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
· Administers and maintains all in FMLA, CFRA and PDL leaves.
· Organize new starter induction sessions.
· Datatech recordkeeping; completion of applications, entering them into Datatech and filling them to keep an organized system in place.
· Updating any new employee information such as a change of address or employee W4 changes.
· Record and complete “Notice to Employee of Change in Relationship Form,” deactivate employees in the system.
· Maintain updated records and deactivate employees who are no longer working.
· Ensure report containing vehicle information is accurate with all Driver Licenses and vehicle information.
· Ensure all Foreman field operation boxes are stocked with their contents.
· Make sure to have the following binders readily available for Foreman boxes; IIPP, Client Maps and Safety Sheets.
· Conduct verifications of employment
· Ensure all withholding forms are completed and returned before the deadline.
· Organization of training records, employee records and I9’s and Workers Comp Documents
· Timely response to employees and manager with compassion.
· Create and maintain job descriptions.
· Coordinate training sessions.
· Administration and Supervision of all employee benefit changes;
· The ideal candidate will be a fast learner;
· Ensures all contracts are accurately produced sending to candidates in a timely manner, along with onboarding packs;
· Coordinate employee benefit eligibility, enrollments and terminations.
· Assist with other duties when required.
REQUIREMENTS
· Associate’s degree from an accredited university is preferred;
· Bilingual Spanish/ English Preferred
· Capability of working in an open office design and upholding confidentiality.
· Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills and ability to prepare grammatically correct and clear written reports and correspondence.
· Must be flexible, able to manage multiple priorities and able to shift resources and priorities as required.
· The ideal candidate will be a fast learner.
· Support performance management procedures biannually.
· Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
· Analytical: must have a high degree of analytical thinking and an attitude to measure everything.
· Ability to learn quickly and exercise good judgment.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor.
· Proficiency using MS Office.

EDUCATION:
· Bachelor or Associate’s degree from an accredited university is preferred.
EXPIRIENCE:
· At least 3 years of relevant HR Experience (Agricultural preferred)

Physical Requirements:
5. Communication: Clear verbal and written communication is crucial. Employee must be able to effectively talk and hear. HR Coordinator interact with colleagues, so effective communication is essential. The role may require frequent communication in person and by telephone.
6. Equipment Operation: The role may require frequent operation of standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
