Hiring for our new location: 4959 Penn Ave S Minneapolis.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the front-of-house staff, including servers, food runners, and bartenders
- Ensure smooth operation of the dining area, including seating arrangements and table turnover
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
Looking to add a floor manager or two to our team. Pay is negotiable based on experience. Optional benefits based on hours include but not limited to: health insurance, 401k matching, PTO. Flexible on hours: Full time or part time.
