This position reports to the Director of Finance and sits in the corporate office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for weekly reporting on management topics such as service tech utilization, unapproved hours, and WIP for the US Distribution business.
• Lead for inventory management of the US Distribution business including cycle count metrics, E&O and scrap reserves, and inventory control including account reconciliations.
• Lead for EPM reporting requirements for the US Distribution business including generating reports and loading actuals & forecast data.
• Lead for management reporting including actual results and forecasting for US Distribution business.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc analysis for finance leadership or VP/GMs of the US Distribution businesses.

Job Requirements/Working Conditions

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with a minimum of 3 years’ experience required.
• FP&A experience, experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis, management and coordination of multiple priorities required.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be willing to learn and improve processes every month. The successful candidate will possess superior verbal and written communication skills, along with a proven ability to influence those without a direct reporting relationship, as well as manage processes with diverse operational groups.
