Inland Companies and Colliers | Wisconsin is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, problem-solver to join our Real Estate Management Accounting team as a full-time Property Accountant at our downtown Milwaukee corporate office. As a Property Accountant you’ll work closely with property management staff to provide accounting services and financial reporting for our real estate clients. You’ll not only be a key member of the Real Estate Management Accounting team, but you’ll also be part of an organization that provides ample opportunities for career growth.

In this role you will foster an on-going positive relationship with clients and our Real Estate Management team through the delivery of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, bank reconciliation, preparation of annual property budgets, rent roll, and general ledger activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Prefer experience using Yardi or another property accounting system.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
  • Unmatched attention to detail.
  • Strong logic and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
