Financial Analyst Job in Milwaukee, WI
Our client, a local manufacturing firm, is seeking for direct hire, a Financial Analyst due to recent company growth. You will be reviewing the financial activities of the firm, creating financial reports, operational analysis to assist in management decisions, and reviewing financial controls. Company offers fantastic benefits and rewards, which include low out of pocket expenses on the full health coverage, 401k match with a 100%match, bonus, profit share, 40-hour work week and an above average PTO policy.
Job Responsibilities
· Financial Report preparation by segment, reconciliations, financial modeling, and providing supporting documents.
· Prepare financial plan recommendations for acquisitions, capital requirements and operations forecasts.
· Advise on the accounting treatment of complex financial transactions.
· Analyze financial actions and recommend new policy, procedure, and control.
· Help to support the upgrades to systems, process and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 2-5 years of accounting experience
- Solid understanding of GAAP Principles and must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
