Job Summary

This role reports directly to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Assists in the preparation of financial statements, provides analysis of financial results and transactions and ensures internal and external reporting requirements are being met Company offers a 40-hour work week, three weeks’ vacation, low out of pocket for a full benefit package, 10% match on 401k, quarterly and yearly bonus, and company funded HSA plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the Month-End, Quarter-End and Year-End closing process and preparation of year end schedules to support year-end review.
• Analysis of expense variances and review of cycle count results.
• Maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation and capitalization.
• Financial analysis to assist in new business ventures and company initiatives.
• Work closely with and develop successful relationships with internal customers and cross functional teams.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with all business areas in the preparation and maintenance of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Perform other special projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 1-5 years of related technical accounting experience/ Public accounting a huge plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a highly collaborative team environment
• Operate with highest levels of transparency and integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
