· Assist with development of annual rolling forecasts and budgets, including financial and business analysis and presentation

· Assist on long-term strategic planning; including analysis, financial modeling/reporting and monitoring

· Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budgets and forecasts

· Develop, maintain and oversight of financial models through benchmarking and process analysis for decision support (e.g., Pricing, Manufacturing Capacity, and Profitability)

· Develop and oversight of operating metrics (KPIs) that ensure optimal financial performance

· Help provide recommended actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analysis; study proposed changes in methods and materials

· Analyze past results perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements

· Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and help provide recommended actions for operational optimization

· Help drive financial and operational process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and dashboards

· Assist with potential business acquisitions and investments/CAPEX; including financial modeling, analysis, monitoring and presentation

· Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

· Work closely with IT & BI teams to increase productivity by developing automated reporting forecasting tools

· Help guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures

· Other special projects or necessary duties as required for harmonious business and working relationships
