NEWaukee is a brand engagement agency that helps businesses find innovative ways to connect to their audiences. Their clients include Tsunami Express Car Wash, North Shore Bank, Harley-Davidson, Sargento, and more.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI.
Manage projects and meet with clients to determine marketing goals, content strategy, brand guidelines and budgets
Write, edit, and publish engaging copy for blogs, landing pages, and events
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including organic social media, paid social media, Google/PPC, email, SMS, and programmatic
Manage traditional marketing campaigns, such as radio, OOH, TV, and sponsorships, including developing copy and creative
Set up A/B tests, monitor performance on an ongoing basis, and optimize campaigns for performance
Manage communication with third-party marketing vendors and partners
Communicate detailed plans for NEWaukee’s graphic designer, videographer, photographer, and other NEWaukee staff, to support the creation of visual assets needed for the tasks outlined above
Track hours, budgets, and analytics, and report on performance on a regular basis with clients
Produce documents and presentations related to projects for clients and internal review, including regular reporting
Produce graphics in Canva as/when appropriate via existing templates
Organize client files using proper naming conventions and folder structure
Serve as content expert during NEWaukee webinars quarterly, or as needed
Support on-site at NEWaukee and its client’s events
Proven track record of successfully creating and managing effective marketing campaigns
Understanding of marketing elements including traditional, programmatic, and digital advertising
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and strategies
Demonstrable experience with marketing data analytics and tools
Solid computer skills, including Google Suite, marketing software, and applications (GA4, Google Adwords)
Strong mix of creative and analytical skills, with a propensity for data-driven decision-making
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot tasks and strategies quickly
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new contexts and work environments, and be open to feedback and continuous improvement
This is a hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI. Staff is required to come into the office at least once per week and be available for in-person meetings and events.
