Description :

We are currently seeking to hire a Service Desk Technician in Milwaukee, WI. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing technical support for computer hardware, software, and applications.

Additionally, the technician will be responsible for offering support for mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.

It is essential for the technician to ensure the maintenance of service level agreements, effectively communicate technical solutions to end users, and provide personalized training for end users.

Moreover, the technician should have the ability to discern when it is necessary to escalate issues to the next level of support.
