Position Title:IndustryCruise Line Job TitleAccounts Payable AssistantLocationMiami FLDuration4 Month (with possible extension) Salary Range $14 - $15/hr. Required Skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated;
- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information;
- Comprehensive knowledge of data entry;
- Microsoft Excel experience required, Navision experience desired;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and listening);
- Previous accounts payable experience preferred.
- Looking for candidates to assist the accounting department with entering data into the ERP system and other databases with utmost precision and speed.
- Must possess a high level of organization, reliability and attention to detail.
- Creation of new vendor's forms and data input into the ERP system
- Gathering and organizing accounting records, reviewing data and detecting deficiencies
- Performing special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
