Job Overview :
The Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) is a strategic advisor and consultant responsible for fostering a positive work environment, guiding performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
The ERBP will support Amplifying Impact program, manage medical and religious accommodations, handle involuntary offboarding, and oversee case management related to employee relations and workers’ compensation claims.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of experience in employee relations or human resources roles.
Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proven experience in performance management, conflict resolution, and conducting investigations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in HR software and case management systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
