Job Description :

As an experienced CNC Operator, you will be responsible for the precise setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines to produce high-quality environmental graphics components.

Your expertise will ensure that the machines function efficiently and produce products that meet exact specifications. This role requires a meticulous approach, technical proficiency, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and routers, to create precision parts for environmental graphics.

Interpret and understand complex technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Monitor machine operations to detect and correct malfunctions or deviations from specifications.

Adjust machine settings and modify CNC programs as needed to maintain product quality.

Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet rigorous quality standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications :

A minimum of 6 years of experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining is preferred.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and blueprints.

Extensive experience with CNC programming and machine operation.

Strong problem-solving skills and an exceptional attention to detail.

Expertise in using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as needed.
