We are currently hiring an Experienced Customer Service Representative who assist and supports our customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, responding to complaints, and informations about accounts payable / receivable.

They are the front line of support for our customers, and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with our products.

Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm $15 - $17 / Hr

Duties and responsibilities :

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
