Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing accounts receivable and payables, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer inquiries related to accounts receivable and payables.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
• Generate and analyze reports to track and reconcile account balances.
• Communicate effectively with customers to facilitate payments and resolve outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in accounts receivable/payables.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Previous experience with accounting software is a plus.
