The successful candidate will be involved in reviewing invoices, submitting them after review, and some expense reporting. Responsibilities:• Review invoices and Purchase Orders to ensure they align• Submit invoices after a detailed review• Conduct some expense reporting• Involve in check matches on a weekly basis• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments• Maintain accurate customer credit records• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
