We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager - Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on/off premise accounts, analyzing market trends, and driving business growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Duties:
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- The Account Manager is the primary contact for designated customers within their assigned territory
- Drive business development initiatives to expand product offering within customer base
- Ensure proper pricing
- Maintain and sell incremental displays as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively
- Maintain compliance with product code date standards and rotation
- Manage product breakage return
- Able to run a delivery route during vacations. This requires a Class B CDL
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Proven experience in account management and sales
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer behavior
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
- Background in technology sales or technical sales is a plus
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Work attendance / punctuality is a must
