The Business Development Representative will be responsible for contacting and establishing new referrals and qualified leads within a defined territory to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal and phone skills with the ability to develop a rapport with business partners and clients. The overall goal of this position is to drive sales, develop markets and create new opportunities for growth.

- Provide comprehensive reporting to owner
- Support and utilize sales tools such as branded materials, social media, sales development training and webinars, in-person presentations, and event-driven Email campaigns
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing with proven results
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
- Motivated self-starter with strong organization and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
