Central Florida’s Professional commercial cleaning is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Longwood, FL

We are looking for a meticulous and EXPERIENCED Office Assistant to join our team. If you do not have current janitorial experience, please refrain from applying. This will be confirmed.

This position is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM to start

Responsibilities:

- Maintain both physical and digital files in an organized manner

- Assist in coordinating projects and tracking their progress

- Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks

- Provide personal assistant support to office staff as required

- Aid in planning and organizing office events

- Answer phone calls professionally with proper etiquette

- Transcribe documents and keep records updated

- Proficiency in utilizing computerized systems for office duties

- Light office cleaning on Fridays

-Every Friday, you will make telemarketing calls to expand your pipeline and arrange appointments. The commission for each schedule appointment will be addressed during the interview

-Light staffing duties.

- Other task assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in an office environment or a related position.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Essential knowledge of janitorial operations.

- Familiarity with telephone systems and efficient management of multiple lines.

- Capability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Telemarketing experience required

a)During the probationary period, zero absences or tardies will be permitted. Punctuality is expected.

b)A performance review will be conducted after 30 days, and it will determine if we are a good fit for each other.

c) Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Proficiency in English and Spanish will be tested..

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
