The Director, Accounts Receivables (AR) is responsible for the oversight and day to day operations of the AR Department. This role focuses on providing strategic operational support, mentorship, training, feedback, supervision, and guidance to each of the department employees. This position will monitor departmental performance measurements to ensure the support of our promise delivery to internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction
• Monitor department performance
• Continuous process improvement
• Recruit, select, train and manage AR employees
• Maintain full understanding of the department functions and procedures

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in general accounting or relevant field, preferred
• Previous management level operation experience required
• Exceptional leadership presence, business acumen, and presentation skills
• Proven record of success in financial and service oversight
• Ability to lead and motivate
• High level skills in writing and editing, planning and coordination of numerous tasks, and using software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business planning
• Experience with and knowledge in community association management
• Based in Orlando
