We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director of On-Site Services in the North Richland Hill, TX market. The Director of On-Site Services (DOS) directs and manages the overall activities of the Market Accounts that include on-site employees. The DOS manages the communication and facilitates intradepartmental cooperation with the Home Office departments, as required to service the needs of the association and the clients.

Responsibilities Include:

Provides leadership and assistance to the assigned employees, including technical direction and work-related advice, with an emphasis on customer service, client retention, and growth

• Meets with employees individually, and on a regular basis, to disseminate information and follow-up on outstanding issues
• Implement and maintain personnel policies in accordance with corporate manual and guidelines
• Assist in the process to recruit, select, train and manage the performance of assigned employees
• Support division with initiatives and general operations
• Develop and maintain close understanding of home office organizational structure and personnel to facilitate a leadership role in problem resolution
• Gain and maintain a complete understanding of all resources available from Sentry

On-Site Divisional Oversight

• Build and maintaining direct relationships with the boards of the On-Site Communities
• Be familiar with the On-Site communities and their contracts, vendors, needs and requests
• Support the strategic direction of the division and monitor progress and growth
• Analyze and be cognizant of the local market and competition to identify external threats and opportunities and adapt to strategies for changing conditions within the On-site Communities/ Market

Applicant Must:

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent preferred
• Previous financial responsibility and oversight of multi-business unit operations preferred

• CAM license and On-Site CAM experience required
• Licensed to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate a personal computer and basic office equipment
