Purpose :
Under the direction of the Human Resource Manager, the Human Resources Training Coordinator provides the best possible administrative and technical assistance in support of the human resources function, and the best possible administrative support to the management team, coordinates and administers training and development programs to maximize the human resource potential at the company all in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Areas of Responsibility and Authority :
1) Training and Development
2) Recruitiment
Supports the recruitment employment process, to include scheduling interviews, orientation, conducting new employee orientation, and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all required new employee paperwork and its entry into the computerized system.
3) Employee Engagement
Supoort coordination company events (Holiday Party, potlucks, monthly engagement activities, picnics, etc). Ensure engagement from office, production, maintenance, tool room, quality and warehouse.
4)Payroll
Supports Payroll to monitor call ins and time cards for permanent and temporary staff.
5) Responsible for all mail and Office Shipments and Meeting Rooms
6) Prepare job postings, letters, memos, correspondence, charts, graphs, etc., for the department.
Schedule meetings, notifying attendees, and coordinating locations, etc.
7) Compliance
Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
8) Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to SQF / BRC Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures.
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

Education and / or Experience
Requires four years of high school and one to three years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
