Responsibilities:

• Gather and coordinate with clients to get documents in timely manner
• Put files together for tax review
• Resolve issues that may come up in a timely manner
• Assist tax professionals
• Schedule appointments for tax professionals
• Light bookkeeping
• Process tax returns and coordinate signatures
• Other front office responsibilities such as but not limited to greeting clients, answering phone, scanning items

Skills:

• Must be very detailed and organized
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff members
• Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.55 - $22.34 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
