Your Role & Key Responsibilities

This Associate Brand Manager role will support the Senior Brand Manager of our Face brands in creating and executing all marketing activities that grow our range of Elida Beauty Face brands, which includes POND’S, St Ives, and Noxzema. They must be versed in all areas of brand marketing: Brand Building, Innovation, Insights & Planning, and Media & Marketing Operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the Senior Brand Manager to drive business growth and P&L delivery
• Building and executing the annual marketing calendar, working with internal and external partners across paid, owned, and earned – including digital media, retail and ecommerce channels.
• Supporting new product launches from concept stage to market launch, working closely with R&D, supply chain, and sales to ensure seamless launch execution
• Providing operational support through monthly forecasting, performance reporting and budget management

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• 2-3 years marketing experience in consumer products industry, with proven success in developing and implementing marketing plans for new and existing products
• Ability to effectively engage and interact with business unit, country, and area leadership teams and Company executives is required
• Excellent business acumen, translating data and consumer insights into actionable and impactful marketing strategies
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Experience working with advertising, digital, in-store and social media agencies, eliciting the best creative work
• Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships within Elida Beauty and externally with agencies, influencers, and other stakeholders
• Passion and dedication to staying culturally and socially connected

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible. Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
