Western Construction of Lewiston, Inc. is Hiring a General Laborer Near Lewiston, ID
We are looking for dynamite laborers with an ambition to work and a good attitude. We need people who are looking to be a part of a great growing team. Potential employees must have a strong work ethic. Equipment operating such as haul trucks may be available depending on skill and experience, however this position is based on general labor.
Required Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reliable, punctual and accountable
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline workflows, and work cooperatively
- Complete daily tasks and notes as needed
- Performs other duties assigned
Required Job Skills:
- Knowledge of materials used in system construction and repair
- Knowledge of hazards & applicable safety rules and precautions in equipment operations
- Skill in the use and care of tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and with others as needed
- Ability to understand and follow verbal/written instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with coworkers, subcontractors, and clients
- Ability to come to work with a good attitude and willing to take direction
