Supreme Power Sports in Lewiston, Idaho is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Writer to join our fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll be the first line of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Listen attentively to customer concerns and diagnose service needs
-Create detailed repair orders and accurately estimate service costs
-Communicate effectively with technicians and keep customers updated on repairs
-Process payments and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
-Experience in customer service or a related field (powersports experience a plus!)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
-Proficient in computer software (POS systems, service management software)
-Valid driver's license
-A genuine passion for powersports
