Shook and Stone, Chtd is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Las Vegas, NV

Description

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the human resources functions within the organization. This position requires a versatile individual who can handle a wide range of HR tasks including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. 
  • Facilitate the onboarding and off-boarding process. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR Policies and procedures. 
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts in a fair, firm and consistent basis. 
  • Support the performance review process, including setting timelines, providing training, and ensuring timely completion. 
  • Assist in developing, updating and implementing HR Policies and Procedures. 
  • Manage the payroll process including time card management. 
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. 
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to inform decision-making. 
  • Manage Employee benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and communication. 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist role or similar position. 
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record in handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
