We are currently partnered with one of the top family-owned Alarm Companies in the Nation whose mission is 100% effort each day to produce the results expected from our customers and our team.
We are looking to hire a strong customer service representative with strong call center experience.
Position : Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Location : Lantana
Customer Service Qualifications :
- 3 years' experience customer service experience in a call center environment
- Give amazing customer service support to both residential and commercial clients and ability to assist in retention.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Prior Alarm Industry experience is a huge plus
Customer Service Representative Details :
- Monday to Friday
- 8am-4 : 30pm
- $19-21 / hr.
