Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, industrial cleaning, and housekeeping management.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of custodial practices in a hotel setting
