Inside Sales Account Manager - Lancaster, Pa - $50-75kIn this role, you will be the champion for our customers, ensuring their marketing campaigns are a success. You will develop and manage customized marketing programs, source high-quality products, and ensure seamless execution from concept to delivery.
Here's what you'll do:
- Become a trusted advisor to assigned accounts, identifying their needs and recommending solutions from our comprehensive product portfolio (print, promotional products, etc.)
- Develop and oversee marketing programs, collaborating with clients and vendors to create website portals and manage distribution logistics.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client budgets, approving vendor invoices and ensuring accurate customer billing.
- Safeguard brand consistency through a meticulous workflow approval process.
- Utilize our advanced ERP software and online ordering portal to manage inventory, finances, and hit/exceed monthly sales quotas.
- 3 years of experience in account management
- Proven success in building and nurturing strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Adept at multitasking and managing diverse projects
- Experience sourcing promotional products and print materials (a plus!)
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and ERP software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
