Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Personnel to join our team. As a Front Desk personnel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment whilst providing a smile when patients walk in the doors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate information is obtained and recorded
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the establishment
- Assist guests with appointments and cancellations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, insurance verification, scanning, and patient visit counts
Skills:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures including HIPAA
