Junior Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

• Consistently make outbound calls on our autodialer system reaching out to people who are activley in the market for a mortgage, gather the general loan information from the prospect and transfer the call over to the Sr. Loan Officers.
• Review and verify borrower information, including income, credit history, and employment details.
• Communicate with borrowers to gather additional information or clarify application details.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately.
• Proficient in 10-key typing for data entry purposes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
