Serve as Fund Manager for the Clinical Trials Unit in the Division of Hematology-Oncology and manage pre- and post-award for clinical trials. In this role you will reconcile monthly ledgers; compile fiscal information to be used to prepare annual budgets, financial reports, and projections utilizing information from University ledgers, Query Database (QDB/FPM), Financial Projection Module and the University online financial reports. Provide guidance to the Principal Investigators for funded projects to assure proper expenditure. Prepare and/or approve purchasing documents, expenditure invoices and other charges. Resolve any accounting problem or irregularities on a timely basis. Review patient billing for clinical trials to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of charges. Assist in the preparation of pre-award budgeting including salary, equipment, supplies and other expenses used in the proposed clinical research.
Hourly Salary Range: $28.20 - $60.57
