The role revolves around processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. This role falls within the accounting industry and will require individuals to work within a team environment.Responsibilities:• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner• Maintain precise records of customer credit details• Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally• Monitor customer credit accounts for any inconsistencies or discrepancies• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments from customers• Utilize ERP systems like Great Plains, SAP, PeopleSoft for various tasks• Assist other team members in the department as required• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines• Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Commercial Collections• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure smooth operations.
