RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage all aspects of company financial operation, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. · Prepare and analyzes financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. · Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy and data integrity. · Lead monthly and year-end closing procedures. · Develop and implements strong system of internal controls to ensure organizational compliance. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and productivity. · Provide financial analytics and insight, leading to informed business decisions at all levels of the organization. · Maintain relationships with external partners, including public accounting contacts (audit and tax). · Maintain current knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
