Job Overview: We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at a prestigious hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. Duties: - Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities - Process reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions - Manage phone calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette and hotel phone systems - Perform night audit duties as needed - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management preferred - Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus - Knowledge of resort operations is beneficial - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
