In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable processes, handling invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes• Handle and process invoices accurately and efficiently• Reconcile accounts on a regular basis• Ensure timely payments by monitoring customer credit accounts• Resolve customer credit inquiries as they arise• Utilize accounting software for efficient and accurate data entry• Monitor and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments• Employ strong organizational skills to maintain accurate customer credit records• Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP as necessary for job functions• Handle cash applications and commercial collections as required.
