Under immediate supervision of the 12th Street Community Center Manager, 12th Street Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting in researching, developing, implementing, planning, coordinating, and conducting educational, social and recreational programs available for the community. This position is also responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties including: data entry of accounts payable, purchase orders, employee time entry and requests for leave. Researches and procures various supplies for 12th Street Community Center operations. Develops and maintains various financial and statistical reports. Assisting with the programming of sports.
