TRAC Recruiting is Hiring a Salesperson Near Irvine, CA

We are seeking a SoftwareSalesperson for a fulltime and direct hire role forone of our amazing partners in Irvine California.

This is a hybridonsite role that will require you to be onsite at least 4 days perweek. They are a highgrowth technology company and they needsomeone who can own the sales process from prospecting to closing.

You will acquire new customers and convert them into a substantialpipeline of inbound leads to loyal customers. We are looking forsomeone that has a desire to be part of a vibrant startupenvironment and has a history of consistently exceeding salesquotas and has exceptional closingskills.

Responsibilities :

  • Understandcustomers needs to offer the best product andsolution.
  • Own the sales process fromprospecting to close.
  • Qualify leads fromdigital campaigns conferences references andtradeshows.
  • Cold call prospects for outboundprospects and inbound leads.
  • Develop andexecute innovative prospecting to expand yourpipeline.
  • Create and maintain CRM ofprospective customers.
  • Track weekly monthly andquarterly performance and sales metrics.
  • Shouldbe comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people allday.
  • Tenacity to handlerejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reachingprospects.
  • Ability to easily navigate a rangeof sales tech including CRM prospecting tools sales enablementtools and MicrosoftOffice

Requirements :

  • 5years of sales experience with at least 3 years of sellingtechnology or software
  • A track record ofsuccess in a startup or a small businessenvironment
  • A track record of overachievingquota and consistently being in the top 20% in pastpositions.
  • Experience using several sales techtools (e.g. Hubspot Salesforce Pipedrive OutreachGong).
  • GovTech experience would be aplus.
