Summary: 

File HR correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts, and other records in alphabetical order or numerical order. Locate and remove material from files when request. Maintains confidential files, records and reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Files/records employee information in personnel records such as personal data, wage changes, performance evaluations, progressive disciplines, etc.
• Organizes and maintains New Hires and Benefits file system, and files correspondence and other records. 
• Reads and routes incoming mail.
• Type’s routine correspondence as requested by HR Director, HR Manager and Benefits Administrator.
• Prints reports as needed by HR Director, HR Manager, Benefits Administrator.
• Enter new hire information on Infinium and benefits information to provider’s websites.
• Assists the Recruiting Office as needed.
• Supports and assists the HR Director, HR Manager, Benefits Admin. and the HRIS/Admin Asst.
• Orders, receives and maintains supplies.
